The highest-ranking candidates will be invited to apply for permanent residence during draws. If you get a nomination from an enhanced provincial program, you automatically get an extra 600 CRS points. This essentially guarantees an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
The province welcomes over 15,000 immigrants per year through its various immigration streams.

How does the Saskatchewan PNP work?
The first step in immigrating to Saskatchewan is to identify the stream you are eligible for. Depending on the stream, the application process varies.
In order to be eligible for applying under this program, an immigration candidate may be required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) as a “pre-application”. If the EOI is approved and you give accurate answers when responding, you will be granted a score. Only those with the highest scores will be invited to apply through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
In some cases, like for base streams, you can apply directly to IRCC without submitting an EOI.
