On September 4, 2025, Manitoba鈥檚 Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held 253 draw issuing 3,347 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to skilled workers and graduates. All these invitations ere distributed across three streams, including the Skilled Worker Stream, Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway, and International Education Stream.
- Skilled Worker Stream: 15 LAAs issued, with a cut-off score of 844
- Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream: 1,466 LAAs issued
- International Education Stream: 1,866 LAAs issued
Among all these invitations, 415 candidates held valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.
Strategic Recruitment Initiatives Under MPNP
The strategic recruitment initiatives are employer or community-led processes that allow Manitoba to identify and invite candidates with critical skills that are in short supply in Province.
