- Maintain sufficient settlement funds to support yourself and your dependents. These financial resources can be substantiated with a bank statement, ongoing employment in Ontario, or a job offer within the province.
- Demonstrate the intention to reside in Ontario, which can be substantiated by one or more of the following:
- Employment in Ontario
- Possession of a job offer or engagement in job-seeking activities within Ontario
- Enrollment in a study program in Ontario
- Ownership or leasing of property in Ontario
- Previous visits to Ontario
- Establishment of professional networks and affiliations, family connections, or personal relationships in Ontario
