Canada has resumed the Express Entry draw following a 7-week long hiatus. The 2022 draw was held on November 23, where 4750 applicants received ITAs for permanent residence.

The recent draw that was held on January 11, 2023, marks a significant increase in the number of ITA鈥檚 issued which is 750 additional invitations (totaling 5500 ITA), Although with a high CRS score of 507 compared to the previous draw. The good news is that as per the past trends, there could be a drop in the cut-off score after a few initial draws.

Eligible candidates were invited from the following programs

• Federal skilled worker program
• Federal skilled trade program
• Canadian experience class
