IRCC Invites 421 Candidates to PR in the Latest Express Entry PNP Draw

Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 421 Invitations to Apply (ITA) in its latest Express Entry draw, held exclusively for candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to qualify for this draw.
Candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 727 and they must have submitted their express entry profiles before 5:11 PM UTC, on September 9. 2024
This is the second Express Entry draw for the month of April 2025 and mirrors the earlier PNP specific draw held on April 14. So far this year, IRCC has issued a total of 31,929 its with April draws solely targeting PNP candidates.
There have been no recent records for other Express Entry categories, including the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), which last saw a draw on February 5, 2025. Also for the French language proficiency candidates, IRCC has yet to conduct any category based draws in 2025
